Ingredients

- 2 oz gin
- 2 oz champagne
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice.
- Shake until chilled and strain into chilled champagne flute.
- Top with lemon twist and serve immediately.
