Ingredients

- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2 slices fresh ginger
- 1 slice Lemon
- star anise
- tonic water
Instructions
- Combine gin, simple syrup, ginger and star anise in a shaker filled with ice
- Shake until chilled
- Strain over ice
- Top with tonic water
- Garnish with lemon slice and star anise
