A refreshing drink that's perfect for a crowd. Body, spicy rye mixes perfectly with bright citrusy flavors for a drink that's zesty and light.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1 1/2 parts Knob Creek Rye™
- 1/2 part roasted pineapple shrub
- 1/2 part freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 1/2 part seltzer water
- 2 dashes Hella Bitters Citrus bitters™
Instructions
- Combine Knob Creek Rye, pineapple shrub and lime juice into shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into ice-filled highball glass and top with seltzer water.
- Garnish with skewered piece of grilled pineapple.
