Step up your Paloma game with Volcan Tequila. Volcan Tequila is crafted with the very best blue agave from the Lowlands and the Highlands to blend together and create the most complex and elegant tequila, the crisp flavors of the heart of agave.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 2 oz Volcan Blanco
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz agave syrup
- 1 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- Pinch of salt
- Splash of soda water
Instructions
- Combine Volcan Tequila Blanco, fresh lime and grapefruit juice, salt and agave syrup in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a highball glass.
- Top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
