Lemon Crush

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 2 oz white rum
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 4 oz club soda

Instructions

1. Add crushed ice to highball glass.
2. Add rum, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake until well combined.
3. Strain into glass.
4. Top with club soda.
5. Garnish with lemon wheel and mint and enjoy!
