Mezcal Mule
Say goodbye to vodka and hello to mezcal. This upgraded Moscow Mule is smoky with a bit of a spicy kick.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ ozMezcal Unión Joven
- ½ ozlime juice
- 3 ozginger beer
- Chili powder
- Cucumber
- Ginger
Tools
- Cocktail Shaker
- Strainer
- Mule Mug
Directions
- In a shaker, combine mezcal and lime juice
- Add ice and shake until cold
- Strain into a mule mug, add ice, and top with ginger beer
- Garnish with the sliced cucumber, ginger, and a sprinkle of chili powder
