Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 3 oz gin
• 4 oz club soda
• ½ oz simple syrup
• Mint leaves
• Lime wheel
• 1 oz lime juice

Instructions

1. Muddle mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add gin and shake.
3. Strain into a low ball glass with ice and top with club soda.
4. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
