A sweet treat that'll help you get into the St. Patrick's Day spirit.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
- 8 oz Guinness Draught
- 3 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream
- Chocolate syrup for garnish
Instructions
- Scoop 3 scoops ice cream into tall glass or Guinness pint glass.
- Pour Guinness and Baileys over ice cream.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and enjoy!
