- 2 ozBailey's Irish Cream
- 8 ozGuinness Draught
- 3 scoopsmint chocolate chip ice cream
- Chocolate syrup for garnish

Directions
- Scoop 3 scoops ice cream into tall glass or Guinness pint glass.
- Pour Guinness and Baileys over ice cream.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and enjoy!
