The Bloody Molly

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 1 part Jameson Irish Whiskey
• 1/4 part Dry Sherry
• 5 parts Tomato Juice
• 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
• 1 twist Black Pepper
• 2 dashes Tabasco
• 1/2 tsp Horseradish sauce
• 1/2 tsp Sugar

Instructions

1. Hand-blend Jameson Original, dry sherry, tomato juice, 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce, ½ tsp of celery salt, 1 twist of black pepper, 2 dashes of tabasco, ½ tsp of horseradish sauce, ½ tsp of sugar in a jug or bowl.
2. Serve in a tall glass over ice.
3. Garnish with a piece of celery, a cooked prawn and a cherry tomato.
