Altaneve Prosecco Superiore

Altaneve presents an exclusive, ultra premium Prosecco Superiore that, until just recently, has only been available in Italy. It is created with generations of experience and a terroir unique to the steep foothills of the Italian Dolomites. With the current sparkling wine renaissance, this legendary wine has emerged as a modern classic for those with discriminating taste.



The terroir and the oenology differentiate Altaneve from all other Proseccos.Composed of 100% glera grapes grown exclusively on the hills of Valdobbiadene, Altaneve is the Blanc de Blancs of Proseccos. Due to the steep vineyards, the grape clusters are handpicked and hand-selected one-by-one and harvested at their perfect ripeness. This harvesting method results in the freshest grapes that require the least amount of preservatives (sulfites) during the winemaking process. The extended secondary fermentation results in a clean, silky finesse and an elegant perlage typified by only the best sparkling wines.



Altaneve’s crisp character and unique, floral aroma feature notes of peach, pear and honeysuckle. The wine’s elegant bouquet, balanced acidity and sweetness are complex yet approachable, giving it great versatility. A refined wine, Altaneve can be enjoyed as an aperitivo, as an ideal accompaniment to fish, poultry and vegetables or as a celebratory drink on special occasions.



This wine is sustainable, vegan and gluten free, with approximately 500 calories per bottle.
