Glendronach Ode to the Embers Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Part of a trio of whiskies celebrating Glendronach’s use of sherry casks, Ode to the Embers is a peated malt that leaps out of the glass with smoke and cinders, the dense peat melding with the sherry cask influence to create a meaty impression with barbecue spices and charred aromas. The palate dials back the peat and lets the cask influence shine: Ripe berries, apples, and heather honey blend into a slightly smoky, very fruity finish.
