We crafted it - the fifth and final limited edition in this chapter - to amplify the balanced wood sugars, softer tannins and lasting finish achieved with our 110 BEP. Special finishing staves were used to amplify notes of vanilla and sweet spice that naturally occur from lower BEPs.



Bigger flavor starts with our lower barrel entry proof. When most raised barrel entry proofs (BEP) to get more bourbon, we remained at our ideal 110 to keep that signature Maker's Mark flavor. This limited edition celebrates the big wood sugars, vanilla and sweet spice derived from that low BEP, and special finishing staves make those notes even bigger.
