Frozen Watermelon Lemonade
A light and refreshing drink for summer that's incredibly simple to make. Fresh ripe watermelon and a splash of tart lemon are the perfect combo of delicious summer flavors.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1 cup fresh watermelon, cubed
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Basil for garnish
Instructions
- Freeze watermelon cubes in a single layer for approximately 2 hours, or until frozen solid.
- Muddle basil, lemon juice, and simple syrup, and strain into blender.
- Add frozen watermelon cubes and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass, garnish with basil and enjoy!
