- rosemary
- 1 whole lemon fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz gin
- sparkling water
- 1 oz simple syrup
Instructions
- Muddle rosemary, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and gin
- Shake until chilled
- Strain over ice
- Garnish with rosemary
