Mezcal Paloma

Sweet, sour, smoky - what’s not to like? The delicious smokiness of mezcal makes it the perfect pairing with the tart and light bitterness of grapefruit.


Serves: 1


  1. Salt rim of a highball glass.
  2. Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, and sugar in glass.
  3. Stir in mezcal.
  4. Add ice.
  5. Top with club soda.
  6. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and enjoy!
