Mezcal Paloma
Sweet, sour, smoky - what’s not to like? The delicious smokiness of mezcal makes it the perfect pairing with the tart and light bitterness of grapefruit.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 oz mezcal
- Club soda
- Salt and chli for rim
Instructions
- Salt rim of a highball glass.
- Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, and sugar in glass.
- Stir in mezcal.
- Add ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with grapefruit wedge and enjoy!
