Product Info
Millions of litres of wine are produced each year that go untasted. This isn’t a reflection of the craftsmanship of the wine, but the complexities of the wine industry. With the goal of bringing you delicious wine, this winery decided to seek out great producers and work with them to custom craft their wine.
The decision to box was an easy one. While bottles are still the best way to age wine, the bag-in-a-box format is ideal for wine meant to be drunk today. Not only is the box more eco-friendly but wine stays delicious up to six weeks after opening!
Crisp, unoaked Sauvignon Blanc tastes of summer nights. It’s a young wine from an old place – the volcanic heart of Chile’s historic Maule Valley. With a tropical nose and bright finish, this wine pairs beautifully with your favorite fresh produce, and a side of lively conversation.
FoodPairingFar from just a summer delight, our Sauvignon Blanc tastes delicious all year round. This wine's lightness and acidity is a delicious accompaniment while slurping Oysters.
If bivalves don't appeal, we love the Scalloped Tomato for a hearty and flavorful vegetarian dish.
