Limoncello Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz limoncello liqueur
• 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 4 oz club soda
• 1 egg white

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, limoncello, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
2. Shake thoroughly until egg white becomes foamy.
3. Strain into highball glass.
4. Top with club soda.
5. Spoon egg white foam on top and enjoy!
